Refund Policy

We aim to deliver high‑quality services as outlined in our agreements. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us to resolve concerns. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service start date and are only available for services not yet rendered or delivered. Once a campaign has launched, associated costs (such as ad spend and creative work) are non‑refundable.

Non‑refundable items include onboarding/setup fees, third‑party ad spend managed on your behalf, and completed services or deliverables (e.g., creatives, reports, consultations). For partially completed services, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on work completed at the time of the request. To request a refund, email support@alany.co. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Termination

We may cancel or terminate your right to use the Site at any time without notice. Upon termination, you are no longer authorized to access the terminated portion(s) of the Site. The restrictions regarding material from the Site, and the disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability set forth in these Terms, shall survive any termination.

DMCA Notices

If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by EALANY LTD infringe your copyright, you or your agent may send us a notice requesting removal or blocking of the material. If you believe a notice has been wrongly filed against you, you may send a counter‑notice. Notices must comply with the DMCA (see loc.gov/copyright). Assignment

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of EALANY LTD and our respective assigns, successors, heirs, and legal representatives. We may assign our rights and obligations hereunder to any affiliated entity or wholly‑owned subsidiary.

Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Changes to These Terms

Although unlikely, we may change these Terms at any time at our discretion. If we update these Terms, we will post the updates on this page.
